Cleanrooms are essential to any manufacturing process where contamination can affect the quality of a product. We adhere to strict protocols that meet the demands of industries requiring ISO 14644 Cleanroom specifications, including bioburden and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Our cleanroom molding and cleanroom manufacturing operations total 4,000+ square feet and are certified to ISO Class 8 standards, and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP). Press sizes run from 22 to 245 tons.

Does your part require a controlled environment, but not a Cleanroom?
PTI has more than 5,000 square feet of Controlled Environment. This segregated area is temperature controlled and pressurized, and can also accommodate part decorating, assembly and packaging needs.
